  • Great Support Staff – We have the most responsive and caring administrators, office manager/scheduler, Director of Operations (RN), and Social Worker/Community Educator. A huge focus is placed on Quality Control and client satisfaction.
  • We offer gift certificates for our services and can also help to arrange special occasion gift delivery and gift baskets geared towards elders.
  • Consistency is Key – We take excellent care of our Caregivers which increases their loyalty to us and our clients. Our clients and our Caregivers love consistency and so do we.
  • Telephony – All Caregivers must call an 800 number from the clients home when they arrive and upon departure. When they are more than a few minutes late to call, we get an alert to follow up on, and in turn, proactively call the client and let them know.
  • Pet Care –At times our elders need additional help with taking care of their pets. As part of their home care services, there are times when we can assist with pet care in the home. We are also training a pet therapy dog, Barney, who is already bringing joy to those who meet him.
